You can choose to be notified of dollar amounts, online, international or "card not present" purchases and more! You can also choose text message or email notifications.
You can set up alerts two different ways!
To set an alert for your accounts by logging into Internet Banking. Select the tab 'Messages and Alerts' then select 'Manage Alerts'. You can set up custom alerts so that you are notified when you balance goes below a given amount, transaction size alert, balance summary alert and more.
Card Alerts is also available for your MasterCard Debit Card and Visa Credit Card on the SharePoint CU Cards App.

An alert is a text notification sent to your cell phone when a transaction takes place with a specific card. A control/restriction limits the use of the card based on the preferences or filters you defined.
You can access alerts and controls by going to the menu on the app or using Notification Settings within the card details.

Yes, the SharePoint Card App includes pre-authorization charges from certain merchants such as gas stations.
Card App monitors and displays all debit card transactions within the past 31 days and all credit card transactions within the past 90 days.
Once you enroll your SharePoint credit and debit cards into the app, you will see all your card transactions including pending transactions.
When you log in for the first time, use the Enroll feature to add a card. For additional cards, launch the app and scroll to the right until you see the Add a Card link.
