SharePoint offers eligible employees and their dependents very affordable dental insurance the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
SharePoint supports employees who may need confidential, professional assistance in non-work related issues, including access to psychological, legal and financial counseling, crisis intervention, elder care, adoption assistance, childcare and daily living services.
SharePoint employees enjoy paid time off for all holidays observed by the Federal Reserve, including:

Available as an additional voluntary benefit is paid for at the employee’s expense.
Employees are eligible to participate after 30 days. SharePoint will match 50% of employee contributions up to a maximum of 3% after one year of employment. Employees are vested at 20% per year, with year five completing the full vesting term. Employees leaving before five years receive only the portion of the employer contribution which is vested at the time of their termination, voluntary or involuntary.
SharePoint provides Short and Long term disability insurance at no cost to the employee. The benefit is paid out on a tax free basis.
Dependent Care and Health or Limited Purpose Accounts available for reimbursement of qualified medical, dental, vision, and dependent care expenses per IRS guidelines. A debit card will be provided for health and limited purpose accounts.
SharePoint’s vision plan covers prescription glasses and contact lenses for their employees and their dependents.
Employees are eligible to enroll in insurance the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Employees enrolled in SharePoint’s health insurance pay a portion of the premiums for their own coverage, as well as their dependents. SharePoint contributes a generous portion of the high deductible premiums. Employees enrolled in the health insurance plan will receive a generous contribution to a health savings account.
SharePoint offers paid time off for eligible employees beginning the first day of employment.
Available in an amount equal to an additional year of base salary. At the employee’s expense. (Subject to underwriting approval) This insurance can also be purchased for your dependents.
SharePoint provides the employee with an amount equal to one year’s base salary, as well as $20,000 for their Spouse and $10,000 for dependent children. This is provided at no cost to the employee.
